ORDER CANCELLATION
We all have the right to change our minds, all orders can be cancelled withing the first 24 hours of placing your order. however this does not apply to certain items such as personalised gifts or items customised for you. it is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details , spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct as we copy the information provided for item personalisation.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request that you contact us on the email listed below and providing the item has not yet started production we can look to make the required amendments.
PAYMENTS
On all orders we ask for 100% prepayments before we start to make custom orders. We always send photos of custom made items to our customers to give you the chance to view it and express any amendments required.
All payments can be made via Paypal or by WIX online Payment system.
All prices on the website are in British sterling pounds (£)
DELIVERY
All items are made to order with your personalisation. however we pride ourselves on working to get your items out as quickly as possible but will be within 7 working days.
We use Royal mail for majority of our items, or couriers with larger orders. Once orders have been despatched you should receive this within 3-4 working days.
If you require your order sooner please get in contact and let us know, and we will reassure if we can accommodate your request.
RETURNS POLICY
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order please let us know ASAP via email to enchantinggifts2024@gmail.com and providing the item has not started production we can look to make the required amendments.
Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty. You must contact us as soon as the item it received with pictures of the damage or fault.
All other items can be returned within 14 days, in its original condition.
Buyers are responsible for return postage.
Refunds will not be given for wear and tear and/or if you have not followed the care instructions.
